Parking

Parking may be available for disabled guests in one of the venue’s parking bays. This cannot be reserved prior to the wedding. However, the RCPE will endeavour to facilitate any requirements on the day.

However, please note, there are no other parking spaces on site. 

Accessibility

There is a set of stairs at the entrance to the venue, with a stair lift at pavement level. Please do let us know if you will require use of this lift so we can ensure it is prepared.

All rooms are wheelchair accessible and there is also access to an accessible toilet. An internal lift is situated at the front of the building.

Quiet areas

During the evening celebrations, the New Library will be turned into a bar, with seats and tables available, offering a quieter space to talk and relax. The venue’s hallways also have seats along them, with areas away from the main spaces.

Smoking

In accordance with the law in Scotland, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the College or in the courtyard. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the building on Queen Street.
